Privacy Notice & KVKK Disclosure
This notice explains what personal data NR Transport processes when you request or take an airport transfer in Istanbul, why we process it, and what rights you have under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Who is the data controller?
NR Organizasyon Tanıtım Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (trading as NR Transport) is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

2. What data we collect
Booking data: your name, phone number (usually your WhatsApp number), e-mail address if you write to us by e-mail, flight number and date, pickup time, and the pickup and drop-off addresses you give us.
Communication data: the content of the WhatsApp, e-mail or phone conversation in which you arrange the transfer.
Technical data: when you visit this website, your browser sends standard information such as IP address, browser type and the page you requested. This is recorded in server logs by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for and do not want special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data and similar). Please do not send them to us.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
To provide the transfer you asked for — assigning a vehicle and driver, tracking your flight, and getting you to your address. Legal basis: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
To answer your questions and give you a price before you decide. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f) and, where you contacted us first, your own request.
To keep the records the law requires — for example transport and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).
To keep the website secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
4. Who we share it with
The driver assigned to your transfer receives your name, phone number, flight details and the addresses — this is the minimum needed to carry out the journey.
Public authorities, where a law, a court or an authorised authority requires it.
Our hosting and messaging providers, as a technical consequence of running the website and using WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and processes messages under its own terms; if you prefer not to use it, call or e-mail us instead.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Booking and communication data: for the period of the legal limitation and record-keeping obligations that apply to the service (in practice up to 10 years for accounting records), then deleted or anonymised.
Server logs: for the retention period applied by our hosting provider, typically a few months.
If you ask us to delete data that we are not legally required to keep, we delete it.
6. Your rights under KVKK
Under article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask us: whether we process your personal data; what we process and for what purpose; who we have transferred it to; to correct it if it is incomplete or wrong; to delete it or destroy it where the legal grounds have disappeared; to notify our recipients of any correction or deletion; to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.
Send your request to reservation@nrtransport.com.tr, identifying yourself clearly. If you would rather apply in writing, ask us for the postal address by e-mail or on +90 532 453 55 31. We answer as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
7. Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to make the pages work, plus your own cookie choice. The details are in our Cookie Policy.
8. Children
Our service is arranged by adults. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children; where a child travels, the booking is made by the accompanying adult.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top. Please check it from time to time.
